Horizon Homes Technical Services L.L.C is a Dubai-based construction and sub-construction company serving developers and main contractors across the UAE. From our office in Deira, we deliver skilled technical workmanship, dependable site management and a disciplined approach to quality, safety and schedule.
We act as a natural extension of the main contractor’s team, taking full responsibility for our scope, communicating clearly and handing over work that is complete, clean and ready for the next stage.
